All tuning now comes with a free VALET map*, whether remote custom tuning or dyno tuning- limit on RPM and vehicle speed for when you leave the car with someone you don't trust. The only remote tuner to offer this at this time.
All remote tuning and dyno tuning is done via MHD, you will need to have the monitor, Mboost and flasher license for your car in advance. Lots of experience tuning single turbo cars as well as large twin turbos and even stock cars.
We can create maps for pump fuel, 91/93 octane (95-98RON), alcohol; ethanol and methanol, in tank or port injection.
When you have custom modifications fitted to your car, you need to have the correct software program to run your engine with those modifications. That is where we come in.
Through logging the channels of your engine as you drive, we can see the necessary fuelling, ignition and cam timing and boost to make the most safe power for your local region's fuel and to match the octane rating. As even within the same country the quality of the fuel can vary.
Each map is literally written from the ground up, starting with a base map, and incrementally tweaking parameters, logging, and making further adjustments so that your engine works with whatever turbo you have fitted, whether stock, 17T or 19T twins or a large single turbo, until we're both happy that your car feels powerful and that the logs show it is safe.
Tunes created as MHD custom maps. If you run JB4 we can accommodate, although the latest MHD updates provide all the same safety and map switching.

Features:
The devices consist of 2 circuits- one is the actual TMT Host device- this is connected to a 12v supply and then in parallel to the devices you wish to monitor. The optional methanol line pressure sensor is to be connected to a meth line with a T compression fitting.
Once the host boots (circa 1s) a WiFi network is created.
The TMT Monitor device then connects to the TMT Host and watches device statuses to alert the driver of what the meth system is doing.

Increasing the torque and horsepower carries risk, especially on higher mileage engines, and whilst we'll endeavour to tune you as safely as possible, hardware failures are always possible and you accept all the risk that comes with this including a possible blown engine. By undertaking our services you accept these conditions.
The N54 stock engine is very good and capable, however much above 500HP (and absolute max 550HP) it should be forged.
Even within the "safe" power level, piston ring lands can crack (they get more brittle as they get older) and also as a contributor, stock piston ring end gap clearance is tight and other severe engine failures can occur.
More commonly, a coil will blow as power increases and you'll get a persistent misfire on one cylinder at all RPM. This can be easily fixed by replacing the coil.
Injectors also can leak (although this is less commonly the result of increasing power, and usually due to age). These should be identified and replaced as soon as possible to prevent bore wash and oil dilution. (which can lead to big end bearing failure).
On my own car I have experienced amongst other failures: coils blowing, injectors leaking fuel, injector seals leaking (combustion), cracked ring land on a piston, head gasket failure, high pressure fuel pump failing, low pressure fuel pump failing. I can advise you based upon my experience of owning an N54, and I would suggest keeping a spare budget for inevitable issues.
